I'm Kelly Claman - Canadian businesswoman, fashion expert and lover of arts and design. Over the past 15 years I've worked in many areas within the worlds of fashion and design, including brand management, product development, styling, international business and public relations. I've had the privilege of working with some of the most talented and creative minds in the industry throughout the years.
In addition to my lifelong interest in fashion (and the decorative arts), sparked in childhood as I watched Fashion Television's Jeanne Beker taking in the collections each season, interviewing the likes of Karl Lagerfeld and Valentino Garavani, I have long had a passion for history, whether exploring ancient Greece, Tudor England or Paris in the 1920's. The history of the British Royal Family, especially of the House of Windsor, has always been a source of particular fascination, and in my work outside of the fashion industry, I aim to examine and record aspects of the Windsors' past.
In this space, I hope to offer a peek at the many people, places and works that inspire me, as well as to evoke memories of a bygone era.
